Home care is an Ideal solution if you want to retain your Independence, offering bespoke one to one support in your own home on your terms. Allowing you to do what you want, how you want and when you want.

At Just Homes Care we understand that finding the right care provider can be daunting and time consuming. We have many years of collective experience across all aspects of delivering care and support and we try and make finding the care and support needed as simple as possible whether it is for yourself or a loved one.

We can provide carers to visit at regular times, from short visits to several hours. Carers can be provided for a sleep in service or on a waking night as well as 24 hours per day.

Who is the service for?

We provide support services for adults over the age of 18 years, either on a temporary or permanent basis and we have a wealth of experience of all types of care packages supporting Individuals with learning disabilities, dementia, the elderly, chronic and terminal illness, mental health issues and physical disabilities including people with multiple sclerosis, brain injuries and cerebral palsy.

What support do you provide?

The support we provide will depend on your wishes and needs. All our home care services are delivered in a “person centred way” which means that you are at the heart of all decisions made about you and your lifestyle. After completing an assessment with you, your family and friend, we will tailor a support plan with you, this will tell our carers what support you want and need.

Your carer can help you as required. The level of care provided varies greatly and is dependent on your Individual needs. It can range from general companionship and light housekeeping to high dependency where a high level of intensive personal care is required.

Our staff team

Just Homes Care adopts the highest standards of recruitment; our carers undergo security checks and a comprehensive company Induction, personal training and retraining programme. In addition all our carers are regularly supervised to ensure quality of care is never compromised as well as insuring our carers are receiving the right support by our management team.

Our carers are a good mix of age, gender and experience and are knowledgeable and well trained in such areas as Moving & Handling, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Catheter Care, Dementia Awareness, Palliative Care, Pressure Area Care and Equality.
