Training
Our clients are the most important people in our organisation, as well as our support workers with whom our clients have regular contact. That’s why, we make sure our staff have a wide range of skills and qualifications. We are committed to providing continuous training and development to the highest standard allowing us to deliver a first class service.

- Comprehensive induction programme
- Care Certificate
- Training towards NVQ2/3
- Regular supervisions from an allocated supervisor
- Refresher training
Additional specialist training is provided if required dependent on the care needs of each client. Staff up date all the training annually, we also actively encourage your feedback through performance reviews and regular meetings.
